Preston Hollow Group exists to steward our family's capital — and to invest it alongside operators, sponsors, and families we have come to know and trust.
We are a privately held investment firm headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida, with a second office in Dallas, Texas, and a focused mandate across four strategies: healthcare real estate, commercial real estate, OpCo/PropCo structures, and select alternative investments.
What we are not: a fund, a syndicate, or a manager raising outside capital. Every dollar we deploy is our own, and every decision we make passes through the same small group of principals who founded the firm. That structure is intentional — it preserves the flexibility to be patient, the discipline to pass on what does not fit, and the discretion our partners have come to expect.
We measure ourselves by the quality of the relationships we build, the alignment we maintain with the operators we back, and the durability of the businesses we help to grow. Decades of work in real estate and operating businesses has taught us that the best outcomes come from staying close to a smaller circle of partners and going deep with each.
What's harder — and more valuable — is judgment, network, and the willingness to stay. We bring all three.
Without the pressure of a fund clock, we can underwrite businesses and assets on their own merit, not on a calendar.
We do not market deals, share names without permission, or chase headlines. Our partners value that, and so do we.
Preston Hollow Group was formed to bring institutional discipline to the management of a private family balance sheet — and to extend that discipline to the operators and partners we choose to back. Today, our work spans four strategies and a network of relationships that reaches well beyond our home markets in Florida and Texas.
Our team is small by design. Each principal is hands-on, accessible, and accountable for the work that bears their name.
